Framing your Tapestries.
I have found over the years, that small tapestries framed under glass sell well, look great and seem to get past the barrier of "oh its a weaving".
Framing them in a box frame allows the tapestry to "breath" without being constrained by a mat, and well away from the glass.
However it can be expensive. This tutorial teaches you how I frame my work with Australian made, readymade frames, to keep the costs under control without sacrificing the look and finish of your work.
I hope you enjoy it, feel free to comment, and I invite you to have a look at my tapestry weaving course as well. Thank you.
